The online help desk is open from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday. You can expect a rapid response time to any problems you submit through the help desk on the weekends. The help desk portal is the preferred method of contact but in the rare cases where you find yourself without internet connectivity or have log in issues, you can reach a technician immediately by dialing 605-995-3065.

E-Mail Access and Other Services

Alumni web mail access will be maintained after graduation.  Smartphone, Outlook, and Active Sync access will be disabled after graduation.  If the account is inactive for six months the account will be removed from our system.

If files or other information have been uploaded to Google Drive, YouTube, or other MTI cloud based services the files will be deleted.  If you would like to preserve these files, please move them to another location outside of your MTI account.

Printing Software

The SafeQ Printing software is required to print at Mitchell Tech.  If you have difficulty installing the printer software please stop by the help desk or submit a help desk ticket.

Printers can be found in all buildings, color printing is available in the Technology Center and in the Campus Center - Student Success Center.
